We raised over £700 and was a fantastic night. A big thanks to Gail Newman
for organising it,
the quiz master Arthur Nowell for the questions and Barbara Nowell for
marking all the winning papers.
We look forward to the next one.

National Regetta, Royal Victoria Dock: well tried to Jake and Hugo for competing in the doubles canoe marathon, no medals but you are still in the top 7 of the country!

13-15 July Area Canoeing & Combined Regatta Nottingham, well done all. We came 3rd out of 9 districts and Hughes and Earle won the doubles and are through to the National finals.
Special thanks to CI Nash who was duty staff and on duty for 4 hours from 4am on Saturday and Sunday mornings, without commitment like this the weekend wouldn't have been possible!
30 June District Swimming. We won 75% of the races - well done all!
