The
premises make an ideal venue for club meetings,
AGM's and changing facilities for cross
country runners, cyclists, walkers,
swimmers (local swimming pool), kids
parties, exercise classes, toddler groups
and trade literature distribution centre,
with ample car parking on hand for a
full marathon if you really need it.
Even a 17metre articulated lorry can
get in the car park easily if
necessary!
Following a simple conversion the premises will boast a luxury banqueting hall seating some 100 people to luncheon, buffet and dinner - weddings a specialty, with on site catering if required. Being set in lush green park land it's ideal for photography.
The premises are available every day of the week with the exception of Tuesday and Friday evenings and some weekends when the Sea Cadets themselves have a function.
Rates are very competitive and are usually available for morning, afternoon or evening session. We even have a sun-rise club for the really serious. Additional insurance can also be arranged if needed.
There is one draw back, we can't offer over night sleeping arrangements, although some hires do go onto the morning.
